Return and Exchange Policy – This policy relates to purchases made on the Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation website only.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

 

When can you return or exchange merchandise?

You can return clothing merchandise purchased online at any time within 14 days of receipt for Australia and New Zealand customers, and 21 days of dispatch for customers outside of these countries for a refund or an exchange.

Items purchased during a temporary promotion can be returned or exchanged at any time within fourteen days of receipt however we cannot accept the change of mind return or exchange of marked down sale items.

Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.

Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Items believed to be faulty or damaged in transit can be returned at any time.

 

Where can I return or exchange merchandise?

Customers are welcome to post online purchases back to Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation for a return or exchange.

All online purchases sent to the Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation for a return or exchange must be posted to the below address. Please include a copy of the order invoice when returning merchandise, noting your request.

Condition of returned or exchanged merchandise

We will happily accept the return or exchange of full price merchandise that has been purchased online and returned to us in its unworn and original condition with labels and swing tags intact.

 

Faulty or damaged merchandise

We want you to be completely happy with your online purchases, if you are not happy with the merchandise that you have received because you believe it is faulty or was damaged in transit, it can be returned at any time. Please let us know in writing, quoting your customer order number.

If we agree that merchandise is either faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will replace faulty or damaged merchandise, issue a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.

Our liability is limited to a replacement of merchandise, issue of a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price.

 

Credit card refunds

If you return merchandise to Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation, refunds are securely processed back into the credit card used for the original payment.

 

Return postage and handling costs

You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in returning merchandise to us, including faulty and damaged merchandise.

We will not refund postage if postage was paid for the original delivery.

We recommend that you return merchandise by posting the merchandise back to the Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation by registered post to ensure it is received. We are not responsible to merchandise that is lost in transit.

All merchandise returned to us must be packaged appropriately.

Please note merchandise returned without following the above steps will result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund. You are solely responsible for the return of merchandise.

We recommend that an insured traceable method is used to ensure safe and recorded delivery. Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation will not be held accountable for any damaged, missing or late incoming deliveries.

Please allow approximately 5 working days for the bank crediting your account. An email confirmation will then be sent to you confirming your refund.

 

Exchange Process – Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure that you receive the correct size and colour, simply place a second order for the item/s you wish to exchange. Follow the returns process above to return the incorrect item/s, once we receive your return, your account will be credited. Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation

The Women’s Centre run by the Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation, is a home to a growing number of indigenous female artists whose contemporary and traditional designs are represented through screen and lino prints, stencil work and sewing tableware, Manchester and clothing. Senior women are sharing their traditional weaving skills with young women and girls. Their beautiful woven products are both functional and decorative.

Palnangun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation is an independently owned indigenous women’s organisation based in Wadeye Northern Territory Australia. It is governed by women from throughout the Thamarrurr region. Palngun Wurnangat was established in 1990 to provide support to families by delivering social and economic outcomes that involve and benefit the people of the Thamarrurr region.
